I work with CEOs and leadership teams in energy, infrastructure and regulated industries as a trusted advisor - helping them think more clearly, make better decisions and execute under pressure.
This is not consultancy. I don't produce reports or frameworks. I work alongside leadership teams on live challenges: strategic prioritisation, execution discipline, board dynamics, leadership alignment and decision-making in uncertain conditions.
Engagements typically run for three months initially, with most clients continuing beyond that. I take on a small number of advisory relationships at any one time.

I work with a small number of coaching clients at any one time. Sessions are typically 90 minutes, conducted remotely or in person, and most engagements run across six to twelve months.
